    Works Great, August 14, 2008

I have never installed a wireless router or Adapter before, but I must say this installed using the wizard without any problems. The DWA-140 adapter is on a windows Xp home. I am getting 130mbps upstairs form router passing through a floor and a wall, no lag with cable broadband download speed is 10Mbps from modem which has a 2.4 Ghz phone service as well, did not see any interference . I am very pleased with ease of installation and performance. Highly recommend. Time will about endurance

I discovered that my second computer would not accept the internal adapter card and returned for replacement with the D-Link DWA USB adapter.
Glad I did since installation takes only a few minutes and it seems to work just as good...also portable if I ever need to move it to a different computer. I am using the DWA-140 adapter with the D-Link DIR-655 wireless N router. Would highly recommend.

Works alright. Gives me additonal roaming ability, but not as much as I expected based upon reviews read.

    Faster than a G, but way below it's specification!, July 18, 2008

If you just need a wireless device that is faster than a G, then it's ok. It's real transfer speed is about 35%-45% of it's spec. It's a bit bulky if you have 2 USB connector on top of each other. It leave no room or very tight for other USB connector. Overall, I am satisfied in a fact that it's faster than what I had, but it's not yet a perfect 5 stars rating product. Well, for around 50 bucks, it's worthed.

Much better than the "g" format, June 4, 2008

I replaced a 802.11g with the 802.11n. No comparison in performance. It has been great and my experience with D-Link has been excellent when it comes to customer service.

    Good upgrade, May 12, 2008

I bought this to upgrade my wireless adapter on my Vaio laptop. Easy installation. SO far, keeps a solid connection. The included dock for the adapter is a nice touch. It's weighted and can take a fall. I haven't tried it with an N network yet so I can't comment yet. If you want an updated adapter that's solid and easy, you can't go wrong with this one.
