Go with the big name vendor, January 31, 2008

I bought this and the LevelOne wireless router together hoping to assure compatibility. Too bad, so sad. While the router appears to be working well with two older machines using an internal g in one and an old Cisco Airnet in the other, this n USB adapter will not connect to the network. It sees it, but it won't establish a connection. Since LevelOne support appears to be EMAIL ONLY, I'm stuck waiting for them to return a message. I'll be returning this P.O.S. and probably the router as well, and replacing with the D-Link that I almost bought in the first place. My main gripe here is the lack of any kind of support, because this could be a simple fix, but how would I know? After paying for two day delivery, I'm cooling my heels waiting for a return email.
