Covers other outlet, June 15, 2008

I didn't have any problem with range. I got over fifty foot.
My dislike was once plugged in it would cover the other outlet.
I had to put on a three prong adapter to allow room for the other
plug to fit in the outlet. If they put the male plug close to the outside / end it would give more room .

These switches look well designed and the manual operation buttons on the plugs are nice. However, the remote only has about a 4 foot useful range. I am operating them in an environment free from RF noise under what should be ideal conditions. I could just as well walk the last two steps to turn the lamps on manually. Look for another alternative.
