Excellent, April 8, 2008

I have tried to use the Qwest modem they supply for the past 2 years and have had nothing but trouble. Obviously now I know it is largely because of the modem I have been expeeriencing problems and yet it appears at certain tiems of the day for certain days of the week, Staurdaya nd Sunday especially, the DSL service from Qwest is tstill a problem by itself. The wireless connection is remarkably improved for our laptop and our daughters PC.
