Works great with Zoom ADSL Modem/Wireless Router!, June 16, 2008
By user (Michigan, USA)
I purchased this item to extend the range of my Zoom X6 ADSL Modem/Wireless Router. I have used it only as a repeater. It was easy to install and has greatly improved the wireless signal strength in my home. The only draw back is that, in repeater mode, it is only compatible with WEP encrypton and not WPA encryption.

Works well, September 21, 2007

No issues to speak of, works well as an access point - watch the requirements of your network to use it as a repeater.

easy to set up but lacking some features, May 12, 2007
By user (Rome, Italy)
Not a bad product, very easy to set up, and the range is pretty good. The only problem is the interface is a bit ignorant. For example, no configuration for TCP and UDP port forwarding. Probably best if you want a repeater or are adding wi-fi to your router and you're not too worried about advanced features,

Excelent as Ethernet Bridge, May 9, 2007
By user (Mexico, City)
I'm using it as an Ethernet Bridge to connect my IP Phone to my wireless network, as my IP Phone only has a RJ-45 Connector the Zoom 4400 let me connect it to my wireless Access Point without problem. It works excelent, and it took me 10 minutes to configure it.

Good unit for the price, March 10, 2007
By user (Schererville, IN USA)
This unit has three modes, Wireless Access Point, Ethernet Client, and WDS Extender. It has a good wireless range with two external antennas. As an access point it supports WEP and WPA and is easy to setup. Unfortunately, as an ethernet client and extender it only supports WEP. Documentation is thin.
